This is a demo version of a much larger Interactive Training Tool (ITT). We develop the subject content after intensive research of documents, articles, trade literature and visit to plants. The ITT employs videos from various operations, photographs, images, sketches and graphs by using multi-media techniques.

The objective of the ITT is to:

• Provide computer based interactive material for the training of plant personnel and workforce
• Enable the development and implementation of improvement technology, process controls and practices
• Provide an Interactive Training Tool for plant personnel to implement newer or improved technology through "Best Practice" works/operational practices.
